"Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it. They have completed the repair and refinishing of our floors (5 full days of work with multiple guys) and the house looks brand new again. Companies like this are incredibly hard to come by. I would truly recommend Eddie and TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems to anybody looking to repair, refinish, or install hardwood floors. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and integrity. "Sales did not disclose the features of different flooring wood type and suggested to go with the most popular and cheapest category wood. Installation went fine. Crews are friendly. However ,I am not satisficed with the quality. I felt if I were educated more by the Sales people, I could have picked a better quality flooring wood planks. "Albert and Richard were OUTSTANDING. They assessed the work that needed doing, gave a fair estimate, and got right to work. They went to Lowe's to get materials as I had NO IDEA what exactly we needed to get the job done, so they did materials and labor. reframed 2 closet doors, installed undersink plywood, painted around my vents in the ceiling, installed a doorstop and drywalled and patched a hole behind my front door, as well as refitting two garage ceiling panels. All in all, I could not have asked for better contractors. They finished the work in good time and were pleasant and friendly. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and I will be using the again for my handy man needs. Thanks guys!!!"
