"Devan was polite, professional, kind and thorough. He did everything he could to fix the problem on the it initial visit but it was much more involved. He and another plumber returned the next day to replace the sewer line. They worked pretty much without breaks from 12:00 to 10:00pm. They did a terrific job."

"Jimmy and his team at Mr. Rooter were outstanding. I called 4 providers and the folks at Mr. Rooter were the only company that could actually find the blockage in my sewer line and identify the problem. Tree roots had penetrated the 48 year old line in 3 places. They had the new line installed and inspected within 2 days. Their equipment is top of the line and powerful and every one of their techs were knowledgeable and professional. Call these folks first if you have a sewer back up!"

Price was great also, as I had priced others. I have a home warranty and they said it would take 3 to 4 days and extras not paid by warranty would be almost as much as this company charged for larger water heater and complete job. And they got it done in less than a day from my first call to job complete. Loved their service!"
