""The house looks better now than it did brand new! --what our realtor said when he saw the house. It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Zavala. He was flexible with our schedule as we had a delay, and worked very hard to finish as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of his work, so that we could get the house on the market. We worked together to pick out carpet to match the paint, and it was a perfect match. When they were done, they vacuumed the home and didn't leave a trace of trash anywhere. My only regret in working with Mr. Zavala is not using his cleaning services. I thought the price for a whole house cleaning at $450 sounded expensive, but in the end that would have been the perfect price to clean the whole house. I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Zavala again. Thank you, William Zavala for making our home beautiful again!!"

"I must say I was nervous about allowing a carpet service do repair on my laminate hardware floor. They sure did a absolutely amazing job! "It was done very well. I have HEW steam clean my carpets every year before Thanksgiving. I know they are sanitized and all the coffee and wine spots are gone. They look so much better, and he gives us plastic booties to wear if we need to walk on them the first several hours."
