"Jeff and his team knew what they were doing. They repaired a very problematic leak and replaced broken tiles on the roof of our 2-story house. They also proposed a unique solution to cap off some decorative external wood beams on the front of the house that were collecting water and exhibiting signs of wood rot (something we didn't even realize was happening). The ceramic tiles on our house were hard to locate, but he was able to find the correct ones, and we have some spare ones left over. It's been 6 years since the repair and we've had no issues."

"Local Professionals come through: I had a water flow problem on the front center part of my roof that resulted in some of the sheathing under the overhang to dry rot. I also had a rain gutter with damage caused by a leaning tree. I called Roofmasters for a free quote. Johnathon explained the process and answered all my questions. Aaron arrived on-time for the quote on 8/27/2018. He explained what caused the dry rot and answered my questions regarding concerns I had about other areas of my roof. He put my mind at rest – telling me that my roof appeared to be in good shape except for the area that brought him there that day. I received the written quote on 8/31/2018 for the roof and gutter repairs and scheduled the work to be done on 9/14/2018. They called 30 minutes before arrival as promised. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves well. They even replaced a couple cracked tiles at no additional charge. They are a local company (Suisun City, CA) that obviously still takes pride in their work. This seems to be a trait that is in short supply these days. I’ll definitely call them again the next time I need help with my roof."

It was true, they showed up on time and not only cleaned my gutters but also cleaned the valleys on my roof of leaves and debris. "This is the second time we’ve used Joe and his team for a remodeling project. The first was a full kitchen relocation/remodel, restroom addition and restructuring the great room layout. This project was our master bath remodel, and his team member Daniel took the lead on the project. Per usual, Joe and Daniel didn’t disappoint! Attention to detail was phenomenal, professionalism was top notch, and the job was completed with permits to code. They gutted the entire bathroom, moved plumbing, moved ceiling heights, replaced a window, adding lighting, installed new vanities and fixtures and completed a full bathroom re-tile. It’s rare to find a great contractor, and one you would invite into your home for more projects time in and time again. Just be mindful that some projects may not be completed on time, but this is due to attention to detail, and Joe always making sure that every part of the job is completed to the highest standard. From start to finish, I worked with Kurt Owens, President of this family business and his son, Jeremy. I had difficulty blocking the time to schedule the job and they were flexible in working with me. Kurt explained everything in detail and made sure I understood why I needed to do more than just replace a window or cut out some dry rot. He proposed the siding and windows to fit my needs for quality, durability and attractiveness with consideration for my budget. I took his suggestions and am completely satisfied! He said the job would take 2 weeks and it did: on time, on schedule, within budget. No overruns! His communication and follow-up with me was beyond my expectations. The 3G’s crew were remarkable on site. They worked like a well oiled machine: fast, collaborative, no mistakes. They had all the tools and materials needed on the job site and worked from 8-5, non-stop. Vladimir, the crew supervisor, is a skilled craftsman and conscientious, motivating team leader. They cleaned up the job site at the end of every day. Watching them working together was like watching a ballet. My neighbors were so impressed that they stood around and simply watched - - amazed. No one had ever seen this kind of workmanship before. The finished job not only makes my house beautiful but it also makes it feel more comfortable. It is quieter inside and the house feels tighter than before. I expect my heating bills will go down this winter and my air conditioning bills have already receded. In fact during one of our unusual over 100 degree days this past summer, I didn’t have to turn the air conditioning on until 5:00 PM. "These guys ROCK! If you are fed up with contractors who give you problems and don't respect your time, LOOK NO FURTHER! GTL was very fairly priced and completely professional. I've hired dozens of contractors in just the last year for a variety of projects, including a full backyard renovation and now an interior one, and let me tell you: Good, trustworthy, prompt, fairly priced, efficient contractors are hard to find. It's like striking gold when you do find them. These guys will make you want to hold onto their contact information for future projects so you won't have to go through the headaches of hiring a contractor again. <br /> 1) They showed up early in the morning, about 8 or 8:30, and got to work immediately. There was no procrastination or unpredictability. I didn't have to constantly look over their shoulders. They were respectful of my time. <br /> 2) The crown molding guy was amazing. My husband and I have installed crown in several of our rooms, and I've NEVER seen such quick and accurate cuts! It was like MAGIC. The guy just measured, cut, installed and it was perfect the first time! I don't have square rooms. I have funky angles, like around my bay window. But the crown guy was done painting and installing perfectly cut molding -- even in very high places -- in less than 4 hours. <br /> 3) The paint guys came in and taped everything off, covered my stuff with plastic and did an excellent job. The walls are just beautiful, and the molding paint work is very straight and nice looking. <br /> 4) They cleaned up very well. There are no paint drips anywhere, and the last guy to leave swept behind him. Very professional. <br /> I will more than likely hire them for more projects. <br />"
