"Local Professionals come through: I had a water flow problem on the front center part of my roof that resulted in some of the sheathing under the overhang to dry rot. I also had a rain gutter with damage caused by a leaning tree. I called Roofmasters for a free quote. Johnathon explained the process and answered all my questions. Aaron arrived on-time for the quote on 8/27/2018. He explained what caused the dry rot and answered my questions regarding concerns I had about other areas of my roof. He put my mind at rest – telling me that my roof appeared to be in good shape except for the area that brought him there that day. I received the written quote on 8/31/2018 for the roof and gutter repairs and scheduled the work to be done on 9/14/2018. They called 30 minutes before arrival as promised. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves well. They even replaced a couple cracked tiles at no additional charge. They are a local company (Suisun City, CA) that obviously still takes pride in their work. This seems to be a trait that is in short supply these days. I’ll definitely call them again the next time I need help with my roof."

It was true, they showed up on time and not only cleaned my gutters but also cleaned the valleys on my roof of leaves and debris. "This is the second time we’ve used Joe and his team for a remodeling project. The first was a full kitchen relocation/remodel, restroom addition and restructuring the great room layout. This project was our master bath remodel, and his team member Daniel took the lead on the project. Per usual, Joe and Daniel didn’t disappoint! Attention to detail was phenomenal, professionalism was top notch, and the job was completed with permits to code. They gutted the entire bathroom, moved plumbing, moved ceiling heights, replaced a window, adding lighting, installed new vanities and fixtures and completed a full bathroom re-tile. It’s rare to find a great contractor, and one you would invite into your home for more projects time in and time again. Just be mindful that some projects may not be completed on time, but this is due to attention to detail, and Joe always making sure that every part of the job is completed to the highest standard. "Mr. Freeman went above and beyond what was in our contract. He reinstalled 4 roof flashings so water did not travel under the tile. He replaced approximately 3 broken field tiles. He sealed tiles and flashing were needed. Mr. Freeman came back two different times to fix 2 other leaks not related to his repairs at no charge. I would highly recommend!"

"Great experience with Curt and his crew! <br /> We have a 20 year old single family home, and house sidings on one side began to rot since a couple of years ago. This year, a big crack appeared so we decided to replace the siding on one whole wall. <br /> We got a few estimates, Curt's estimate was not the lowest, but we were impressed with his knowledge and the service he had to offer. After he matched the bid from another contractor, we happily went with Curt. <br /> Looking back, that was a great decision. Curt's crew were FAST! They probably could have done the whole thing in 3 days if it didn't rain for a couple of days. The style, color, everything matches perfectly. <br /> What really sets Curt apart, from other contractors, is that he goes beyond expectations to earn your satisfaction. He climbed onto the roof, and told us the condition of our roof and in how many years we should take another look and see whether it needs repair. More than a month after the work is done, after the holidays, he called and said he wanted to fix my window better (They had to put some frames on the window from inside the house. We didn't think it looked the best but we were fine with it, and did not expect Curt's call). After the call, his crew came and spent some time on the window. now it looks perfect!!  <br /> They might not give the most competitive quote, but don't give up, work it out with them. "Mixed. - They pushed back my start date twice despite my having called them months in advance to schedule. Workers sometimes arrived without the necessary paint or materials. - They made one significant mistake, tried several times to remedy but did not repair it well. They did not offer any price adjustment for the mistake. - Painters were friendly and accommodating, created a special paint color to blend baseboards. - Left smudges on the newly finished wood floor. - Maybe they are growing too fast. Office staff and workers talked about themselves and their concerns and were less interested in mine."
