"I had a water spot on a ceiling in my house so called roof recovery to do an inspection. The tech who came out spent over an hour on the roof pulling up tiles and inspecting and I figured heâ d tell me I needed a new roof! Instead, he informed me that there was some dry rot that needed replacing, 27 broken tiles, and very dirty and clogged valleys (but no roof replacement, thank God!) I had no idea that you should have your valleys cleaned and roof checked but their two man crew worked tirelessly for three days and the difference was amazing- they give you before and after photos which are pretty amazing! A few days after they had finished I was washing my solar panels and normally I would have some water dripping down the tiles into the gutter but now the water collected in the new valley and poured into the gutter like a waterfall- the difference was really amazing! Honestly, I never knew what a â roof valleyâ was or what happens when they get clogged but now I know and will have them inspected every few years or so. I hadnâ t been on my roof so had no idea that I had missing and broken tiles and roof recovery repaired or replaced everything for a very fair price- these guys are great! I had to have some solar panels moved before they could do the job and they worked with my schedule, started when they said they would and finished in a matter of days. The two workers who did the job worked from morning till evening and really did a fantastic job- I would use this company again in a heart beat! If you are having issues it donâ t know anything about roofs (like me) it would be absolutely worth it to use roof recovery to do an inspection and complete any necessary work. Jesse always responded immediately to my texts and all in all it was a wonderful experience working with roof recovery.. they are definitely worth the 5 stars!"

On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the cityâ s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. "Arnoldo Ramirez was very detailed and very careful in performing the necessary tiles repair ( about 4 broken, missing or shifted tiles) and dry-rot back rafter. He was very particular in ensuring that the finished results are of the highest quality . In repairing the back wood rafter, he wanted the same color paint so that the new rafter would match the existing rafter and outside of house. A good indication of his good workmanship and pride in his work ! He is very professional in meeting the committed timeline and requirements. Throughout the job , he was courteous and easy to work. I would highly recommend him for any roofing job."
