"I have been living in my home for 17 years and was unaware the dryer vent needed cleaning. I scheduled an appointment with A-1 for the fireplace and dryer vent. They were on time, took their time with each cleaning, thoroughly explained the process and educated me on upkeep.
Unfortunately, my dryer would heat by not dry clothes after the cleaning. I contacted A-1 and they were back on site within a few days. The issue was caused due the fact that the dryer vent goes to the roof and right before it exits, there is almost a 90 degree bend. After the initial cleaning, some lint remained in the bend and when I started the first load to dry, it caused the remaining lint to congeal into a blockage. A-1 quickly identified and corrected the issue at no additional charge.
