Shortly after reaching out I received a call back from Jacob who is a real pleasure to work with. Jacob setup a convenient day and time for us to meet to take a look at the roof. Jacob being the professional he is took pictures of the shingles lifting, missing and moss growing in the valleys to share with me. After Jacob performed his roof inspection we sat down to discuss the process, materials and pricing for the job. Extreme Exteriors was able to come in approximately $300 less then comparable competitors. For insurance reasons I had a very aggressive schedule and required the roof installed ASAP - Jacob was able to coordinate with his crews along with pulling all the necessary permits needed to perform the job in the time frame I required it. "FANTASTIC!  Ron and his team are GREAT to work with.  Very friendly, helpful, and communicative.  From the very first phone call, you can tell that Ron wants to help you in any way he can.  Their work was first-rate, and Ron's advice was so helpful with this massive project.  What started as just a mold problem ended up in a complete renovation of the wall and room, involving not just CSR but also three other contractors - roofing, siding, and mortar/chimney.  
We had no idea what needed to be done, so Ron was incredibly helpful in guiding us on what we needed to do and what to look out for.  After the first round with other contractors, Ron did an exhaustive moisture test and still found some moisture, so we called everyone back to do additional repairs.  Ron wouldn't give his OK and finish the wall until everything was up to his high standards.
The pricing was very reasonable and he gave us great options to choose from, not selling us on services we really didn't need.
Finding mold in your home is a very stressful thing, but Ron and his CSR team made this FAR less stressful.
