I called and they sent someone out right away to assess the problem. They sent a crew out right away to redo the areas that didn't grow. They did not charge any additional fees. They went above and beyond to make things right and to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would recommend them for any job that they are able to do, whether it be lawn care or remodeling, or windows. They are a very reputable business and I trust them. "I first contacted the company because a tree limb destroyed part of a gutter that needed to be replaced. The gutters in general, however, were failing to hold back gushing water during storms. In talking to the technician and looking at the roof, I learned that my gutters were most likely too small for the roof surface area and some of the gutters on the second story were definitely off kilter. Dillon gave me an estimate for gutter replacement that seemed reasonable on site and suggested I opt for the black gutters which look really cool. I would never have thought of that color on my own. All of my interactions with the company were good- they were polite upon initial contact, called when they were going to come late, actually showed up in person for the appointment, which for me is very important, and took the time to answer my questions. The work was completed in a timely manner."

"First, I must say, they did an excellent job, this work was done 4 years ago.  The attic of this home was COVERED in mold.  It  was completely removed (so well we haven't a fleck of it return).  The work was done in the time quoted, and the price was comparable to other estimates.  The only issue I had was that the guy that came to bid the job described how careful they would be to contain the mold as they were removing it.  He stated they would wear protective clothing and would remove it in such a way there wouldn't be contamination of other areas. They would enter the attic through a hole in the garage so access wouldn't involve going into the attic through the house.  Sounded great.  On one of the days they were working, one of the guys came in to the house to use the bathroom wearing the protective suit he had been wearing in the attic!  I just felt it was unprofessional and risky. It wasn't what was promised.
