"The process was very Professional. Greg came out and evaluated my old shingles roof and gave me a price to install a new metal roof. He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. "We met with 3 different companies to advise on getting solar panels. The first 2 companies basically just told us what size system we could get based on state and federal tax rebate levels. Heard an advertisement for Sunpro on radio and decided to call them; turned out to be a good decision. Kara with Sunpro was extremely informative and had a nice package put together for us to review. She even researched our home and had an idea of how much production we could expect with the recommended solar panels. Even after selecting Sunpro, I called Kara with questions about things I'd heard from others or something I forgot to ask. I never felt like I was a burden and she always returned my calls if I had to leave a message. The complete team with Sunoro were professional and eager to help. "They promised to cleanup the nails/debris etc. from gutter after they finished the job --said they will send the workers next day. So, I paid them in full. But, they never came. I called several times they did not pick up the phone. I left the message but they never returned my call. If you hire them, dont pay until everything is done including cleanup. Once they got paid, they did not keep their promise. Lesson learned is: Dont trust their words. P.S.: A few days after my review was published, their workers came to complete the work. Thanks to Home Advisor --it is very effective. Now, I am satisfied with their work, and will hire them again, if needed."
