"I purchased my home in April 2024 never expecting concerns that were brought to my attention by a friend who happen to look at the electrical panel and suggested I contact an licensed Electrican for an evaluation to check the safety & stability of the electric system to the home. I had requested 4 individual contractors, all agreed there were areas of concern ranging from upgrading some of the wiring to the electric panel & other necessary changes. I ultimately decided to use A1 electrical contractors and I couldn't be happier/relieved. I did. From the moment they arrived at the property, one of the owners explained they were a family business dedicated to their customers, and it didn't take me long to know that was a fact. He was enthusiastic driven, and showed genuine interest. In the work that needed to be done here He didn't beat around the bush. He was very honest and although it was the last thing I wanted to hear after just buying the house, I knew I had no choice, but to go with the work , who ever I decided on. The price quoted me was in the middle, Not near the highest, but not the lowest either, but still fair, and with a trust level I felt early on that I didn't necessarily feel with the others & we went with them. They carved out two weeks for the job and we had to relocate to a hotel,, They were able to finish the job less than a Week. I can't express the piece of mind. I have knowing that the issues have been fixed and my home is now electrically sound. & up to code. From the day, i met the guys from this awesome family business, I knew they were the right company for our job and they were. I can't recommend highly enough!!!"

"Honest company and excellent professionals. We were doing some remodeling in our house and left the floors for last because we didn't know if we were going to change or just repair them. We started calling companies to get their opinions and see the prices until we found these guys. When they came to the estimate, they were explicit and very correct. They gave us a bunch of ideas of how to address the problem with the floors without having to spend too much money. To make the story short, they did a refinishing and the floors look brand new. We didn't believe it when we got back to the house. We went on vacation during that week of work, so we didn't have to worry about anything. Hector and his dad took care of everything. By the time we came back the house was ready to receive visitors. And then, my wife decided that she wanted to install wood in the ceiling. At that time Hector helped us find the right wood and took the job without hesitation. We love our wood floors but the ceiling is simply fantastic. We are very please with the experience with this company. "Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"Brandon Bing and Steve Lorenz are owner-operators and I found both of them to be skilled in their trade, honest and hardworking The installation of the water heater and solar panels went well and any bumps were smoothed out. I am initially disappointed in the Solar array's electric impact but I have a few trees that I need to take out and I still need to get my FPL net metering installed. At times I am producing more than what I consume so until I get net metering installed I cannot capitalize on overproduction. These comments are in no way a reflection on All American Solar for their work ethic or products. In fact, the array is expandable so that I can add more panels in the future. The Solar hot water heater is fantastic and has saved me about $60 per month off my electric bill. I would gladly recommend All American Solar for your solar panels or a solar hot water project and I would hire them again."

"Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."

"We were worried working with a contractor long distance. We live in Illinois but our condo we wanted remodeled is on Key Largo.  Our worries were alleviated by Eric's diligent monitoring of the work's progress and keeping in frequent contact with us. Eric was able to not only keep us updated but provide us with choices of materials throughout the job. His advice was invaluable as we picked color combinations and various styles. Eric provided us with internet links to look at the materials and compare the different products. Eric even obtained samples and put the samples into photo layouts so we could see how the colors went together. The end result was remarkable! We could not be happier with how our kitchen and baths were transformed. The rental agent who handles our property was so impressed with the results he plans to recommend Project Masters to other owners who are considering remodeling. The price was not the lowest of the estimates we obtained but was fair.  I have always found that you get what you pay for - what we got was a remarkably well done job, unusual attention to detail, and the job was completed on schedule! The last point is especially important because it allowed us to return our unit to the rental pool as quickly as possible. We highly recommend Project Masters and are already planning some additional work with them for our condo.

"I was in a bit of a bind because my A/C went out and I had a renter coming in 2 days.  They responded to my call immediately. They replaced it immediately. They were there for 8 hours and did not stop until it was done and even bought me dinner.  They followed up after the installation also.  I have had awful experiences with the local A/C companies and this company was not even close and had no problem driving down to Big Coppitt Key. The price of the new A/C was very reasonable too! You must use these guys! Nice clean cut guys too!"
