He educated me about what to look for in windows as well as what set Home Improvement apart from other vendors. The in-home visit was followed by a trip to their showroom to see the full size window. Installation day was excellent. They arrived on time, started work promptly and completed the installation of three windows in a few hours. They were very respectful of my home and my pets. Their clean up was spot on both inside and outside. Owner Matt was on-site and available for most of the job. Follow up after the installation was excellent. I think one hallmark of an outstanding company is not only how well they do the work but also how well they respond to a problem. "I purchased a hot tub from someone over a year ago, but didn't get it set in place or wire until recently. After getting it wired, the tub wouldn't fire up. My dad installed a new motor, but we still couldn't get the jets going. I gave Joe a call on Monday he said he would be out Wednesday or Thursday. I received a call Tuesday morning saying he could come out today. He was very thorough with checking all the components of the tub and explaining evertything as he was doing his thing. Unfortunately my dad crossed the wires and forgot to hook up a few others. About an hour and a half later, I had a fully functioning hot tub. He even took the time to explain to me how to clean and properly care for my spa since it is my first one. I will definitely give Joe a call for any future hot tub needs.
