Today Ahmet and Ahmet returned to complete the restoration phase by installing new insulation in place of that which had been drenched by the water pouring from the burst pipe. Throughout the process, including during the weather-driven delay, Rich maintained regular communication re conditions at his end and anticipated timing for finishing the job, effectively eliminating any frustrations attending the unavoidable delays. All in all, My Carpet Cleaning and Restoration Service has been a great company to work with—friendly, competent, honest, and reasonably priced … who could ask for more? I cannot heap enough praise on this company. Definitely 5 stars out of 5. Bonus: While unrelated to the original contracted mitigation/restoration service, after finishing Ahmet offered while here to repair a shaky door that has been a problem we’ve just put up with for some years at a very reasonable price.
