"I HIGHLY recommend using Zen windows for window and door replacement. Scott Halle is a responsible and accountable owner, which is something I've NOT seen in SO many other contractors and it was truly appreciated. He came by during the day of installation to make sure all was going well and called after to make sure I was happy with the job. The work was done in a timely manner and the quality is outstanding. The same gentleman who came to measure did the actual installation. I was consulted about siding trim color for the exterior of the sliders and they confirmed whether i wanted a storm or screen door on the front and safely stored the other The 2 doors and windows were completed in less than a day. We had torrential rain a day later and everything was FINE!"

"I hired Presidential Exteriors to replace a window that was broken. The entire process from sale, coordination, and installation was prompt, courteous, and professional. The new window matches our other existing windows perfectly and the install team did a custom profile in the exterior aluminum cladding to match our existing. Highly recommend the team at Presidential Exteriors!"

"I hired this contractor and work was started on time and his responses and workmanship were excellent. I had a roof replacement and gutter replacement completed by this contractor. Excellent pricing. Recommend hiring this contractor."

"The installation of the door was done well; however, the work area was not adequately protected (no floor protection) and a crowbar was dropped on my new hardwood floor and put a gash in the floor. There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Yes I would use them again but I would confirm everything with the installers before the start and I would make sure they prep the area to protect the property."

"The dry wall specialist came out at the appointed time and date. Followed through for three days, coming when he said he would - all on time. He did a superb job of drywall repair and matching the 17 year old paint that was on the walls. I would highly recommend Jim Ness and Co for any job. They are coming out to install wall and floor cabinets because I trust them."

"Contractor did excellent work. Asked before any needed change was done. Over the several days it took to complete re-decking the surface and replacing the stairs , when finished for the day he removed all of the debris from each day so none was accumulated in the yard."

"Supply chain crisis or not, we eventually got our beautiful window replaced and are so thankful to have it installed before the end of the year and the coldest months. Once our window found its way to Maryland, Horace and team got it to our house and installed within days during a holiday week."

"Excellent Job! Quick response to request for quote. It took less than a week from when quote was requested for the job to be done. Finished the door installation in half a day. Excellent quality, customer service and flexibility. Very professional. 10/5 Stars! Actually cared about my business compared to big businesses!"

"Got back to me quickly but couldn?t help me because I didn?t purchase my exterior front door from them"

"I liked that there was no nonsense. Their salesman was straightforward and the price was fair. We were also impressed with the installers. They installed all the windows in 1 day and they look great. I'm happy I chose them."
