Within 2 hours, was contacted by AA who scheduled to come by that afternoon to estimate the work required. Mr. German Ramos came by as promised that afternoon and thoroughly examined our system and made recommendations to address what could be done in lieu of replacing the entire system. Also determined that our extensive but inactive irrigation system did not need winterization, with recommendation to address in the spring. When I offered to pay him for all his expertise and efforts, German indicated no charge, just to call him if we elected to redo the lighting system or to open the irrigation system in the spring. I was very impressed; if we need to act on either of our systems we will absolutely be in contact with German as he displayed great knowledge and honesty in all respects."
