"We live in a 1930's center hall colonial in University Heights. We had tried a million different ways to arrange the furniture, but it never seemed right. Finally, we decided to sell it all (the furniture) and start over. Only this time, we got expert advice from Diane. As it turns out, when you have an older home that has been modified over the years things get out of whack. Diane listened to how we live and our budget and she helped us re-balance the rooms. She left us detailed drawings and a shopping list and I am having so much fun implementing the design because I'm not worried something won't look right. She was very professional and made us feel really comfortable. I won't do another house without her!"

"My home redecorating experience with Heather Wickholm of Dress It Up Designs went very well.   I am very indecisive and not very confident at knowing how to put all the elements together to decorate rooms well.  She was very good at listening to me and answering my questions and giving me helpful tips on the projects I did myself to help save money and stick with my budget.  I did all the painting, sewing, reupholstering and installing new curtain rods.  After painting the living and dinning room she talked to me about what colors I like for accents in the rooms and provided samples of materials for pillows and upholstery and many pictures of curtains sent to email that I narrowed down to the one I liked.  She would let me work on a project and then email me to find out how things were going.  I would email her and let her know when I was finished with each project and we would set up a time to meet again at my house to start on the next step.  Heather went shopping with me to pick out the curtains for my living room and also went shopping with me to get the fabric for my pillows and upholstery.  The last project that she did for me herself was to make me a picture collage using my personal nature photographs.  She used nine of my photos, framed them and arranged them with three shelves and made me a map of how to place them above my sofa in the living room with all the measurements.  It looks fantastic!  My family and friends love the way everything looks.   <br /> Heather charges $75.00 an hour which is less expensive than some other interior designers or stagers.  She is a very sweet easy going person and very fun to work with."

"The owner came in, on a Sunday, and took measurements and when he discovered it would be quite expensive, he offered to try to bring the cost down as much as possible.  He has come out now twice on his days off and I am very very impressed with his work ethic and integrity.  We will be using him for several projects in the near future."

"Erik was on the ball and very helpful. Despite us not going with his assembly and installation service, his attention and effort put into the design planning was great. He educated us along the way, recommended other vendors, contractors and products and had a very matter-of-fact and honest approach."

"This is an upgraded review after an initial 2-star grading. Responsive customer service to issues with the purchase itself made all the difference and allowed me to keep an open mind as I continued into the installation process. Overall, other than a few "they could do this better" items, the quality, the accuracy, the value, the helpful support team, and the easy installation of my 7 motorized solar shades all point to 5 stars. We followed the measuring instructions carefully and received shades that fit each space exactly as I expected. Installation itself was easier than traditional shades using the solid brackets they provided. Questions I had during installation were answered promptly through Chat. The remote control was a bit of a challenge, so be patient if you bought a multi-channel one and have lots of shades in your room. And for some reason they don't tell you this, but you must have a remote for your motorized shades. The app alone isn't enough. Our only minor gripe is that determining how solar shades look at night was just a game of inference. It would be very helpful to have an online tool available to create your own scene, which includes shade color, indoor or outdoor, and time of day. Even samples don't help much more. Still, I'll return to them when it's time to take care of other rooms. We did this project for 2 to 3 thousand dollars less than big box store quoted us. It was a cinch."

"They said it would be right about 6 weeks for the furniture to come in.  I have probably used Andreas for about 10 years for different things.  They haven't done any interior design or decorating for me.  I have just ordered or I have gone there and picked up furniture.  They are a company that stands behind their product.  If you have a problem, they will send somebody out to look at it and take care of it.  When you go in there and talk to a sales person there, they don't pressure you.  They will come over to you and ask you if you need any help.  If you are just looking, they will leave you alone.  You can just look through the store.  They will tell you to ask them if you need any help and they will answer any questions you have.  They are comparable with everybody else on the price.  Furniture is expensive when you have to go buy it.  You go out to Andreas a lot of times and you think it is a little bit higher there than somewhere else, but it's not a lot higher when you think of the service you get.  They deliver free within a 100 mile radius.  When they tell you they will be there, they are there.  They are very careful how they bring your furniture in.  You don't have to worry about it.  They are not clumsy with it.  They cover it with covers when they haul it.  They do a really excellent job."
