The mission of His Workmanship is to glorify God by displaying the gospel through speedy communication and quick scheduling. We are an online booking agency which facilitates the provision of labor services by matching Christian college providers with homeowners.

"I would not recommend this company. The crew arrived late, did not work efficiently, and left an hour early. There was also a lot of time spent walking around without actually working. My project specifically involved large weed removal, which was agreed upon in advance. However, partway through the job, I was told they couldn't complete that portion because there wasn’t room in the trailer—despite there being available space in both the trailer and the back of the truck, especially if tarps had been used. Instead, the team shifted to removing small weeds (which I didn’t need), stating they had to fill the 8 hours per Eric, the owner. Our contract clearly outlined 8 hours of labor, and the $250 trailer fee for removal was supposed to be separate from that work time. Despite this, the crew left early, saying they needed time to drop off the trailer. I reached out to Eric three times and requested that the team return to complete the job as agreed or to issue a partial refund. He has not responded. (Ironically, he was very responsive when securing the job—something echoed in other reviews.)"

The place wasn’t cleaned. Host mortified, the cleaners didn’t show. And it took nearly 11 hours to get in touch with the cleaners and their response? They can come out to clean the unit and offer a discount on the next clean. That’s it. They apologized for the inconvenience. Wouldn’t take a phone call or have a manager/owner call us because it was the weekend. They said operations would contact us Monday morning. No one contacted us. Cleaning company: Simplee Clean LLC Based on the way they handled things, sounds like they’ve been in this situation before. If you’re looking for a cleaner, do not recommend. Prior to this, we had several other issues. Their process is all over the place, no consistency and unorganized. If you’re an existing customer, please make sure you’re monitoring that they are showing up each time before you’re in our situation. We’re out the reservation and our reputation has been compromised. This cleaning company didn’t show up for a clean. And their response, or lack of, is unacceptable. Mistakes happen and it’s 100% in how you handle your response. Were asking for them to take ownership and do the right thing, but they’re not showing up for that either."

I begin trying to get a resolution in October 2024 and I finally received an e-mail in May 2025 regarding my design. I do not understand why it took so long for a reply but I guess better late than never. Bottom line, I am not happy with the finished product and I am even more unhappy with the customer service I received from this business."
