He presented a full description of the materials to be used and all the details of how the job would be done. The crew showed up half an hour early, moved our patio furniture out of the way to protect it, and then went to work. They all worked in sync, all constantly moving, polite and well mannered. Such a great team. Our roof was done that same day and all the debris was completely cleared away before they left. "The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

Sadly, the project manager got into a car accident on the phone with me and the installation crew cut the fiber optic internet cable to my house and then tried to hide it by tucking it into the siding.
