"Appliance Pro was the contractor that OneGuard had chosen to complete our claim. Prior to coming out to our home, David called and we discussed what was going on with the microwave and we scheduled a time for him to come out and troubleshoot the issue. He called prior to arrival (to my wife) and found the issue and ordered parts.
