They had massive issues with communication, ordering the correct parts, in short, their office personnel logistically failed. The install team itself was fantastic, very cleanly, very efficient, very friendly. The supervisor was very professional and was there everyday with his guys. The sales lady took about 5hrs to do the estimate which is insane. I only went with everything because I needed the showers up and running."
