"T.K Renovations, AKA P&J Klingel finished our pool, April 2024. Paul was great at first; he went out of his way to sell us a resurface. He took us to look at tile and a couple pools his company had resurfaced. Paul's son started the project He did not power wash or correctly bond coat the pool. I called Paul to tell hime that Todd was cutting Corners. Paul yelled at me and accused me of telling him how to run his business. Todd also replaced the tile around the top, not a good job. Paul came out and helped removed some the old plaster where it sounded loose. Paul complained--did they use a bond coat on this? The next day Todd came out and applied a bond coat. I think he ran out because the entire pool surface was not bond coat. a couple days ago plaster came loose from the bottom of the pool. The plaster crew did a horrible job. The stairs are uneven, there are trowel marks and divots, and a foot print. I called Paul; he has not called back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. "
