Jack came out for an estimate and followed my lead with COVID safety measures without a second thought or being asked. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue below the ground level of my crawl space from a photo I took during a recent remodel when a section of floorboards above the drain were removed. Several feet of galvanized pipe and an outdated floor drain were replaced in tight quarters under the house.
