New roof installed in 1 day 7/16/2024. 2 minor follow-on items remained: 1. Sam Shelburne, S/H's Gen'l Mgr, came on a weekend to paint roof ventillation turbines; 2.Patio roof chips repaired by Master Craftsman Miguel of First Gutters, after finding cedar material to match 70 year old house, cutting to proper size, installing (akin to putting together a puzzle) caulking and painting with base paint I had.
