They sent an estimator to my home quickly. They provided a detailed estimate for the fence as well as plans for me to look over and approve. The estimate for install after I approved their quote was 4-5 weeks out, which would have put us to June 22 for install. They contacted me about a week PRIOR to that date to see if they could install sooner! It was moved up by about 5 days and we could not be happier with it. The fence itself is cedar, was installed within a few hours. The installers were friendly. JD and his crew were fantastic! The estimate was competitive with other bidders and we felt the value of their services was very high. We had extensive wood rot damage around most of the windows in our house. JD and his crew were very detailed and careful as they removed the old windows, repaired the wood rot, and installed the new windows. The locations that were leaking before the window installation are leaking no more. Wood Rot Solutions also repaired rot on the exterior of our house, including trim and siding. Everything was caulked well and it was easy for the painters once they arrive. (Note: painting was not part of Wood Rot Solutions scope.) JD and his crew were very professional.
