"Absolutely no hassles, Zach and Rob came out and we looked at everything that was going to be done together, they explained everything, and their crew executed. Anything I pointed out that needed a little extra attention got fixed right away the way I wanted it, and I couldn't be happier. The crew also did a fantastic job of cleaning up all the debris from the surrounding yard, it was difficult to tell that anyone had been there. They replaced two worn out gutters also, that look perfect. The roofs look good, solid, and with the warranty and commitment of Zach and Rob, I feel no anxiety worrying about anything that might ever need fixed. They made the paperwork process simple, and were cool to work with. Would recommend to any friend!"

"It was great. They came out, they showed us all different kinds, and we picked out what we wanted. They came back out within two weeks. They make the windows themselves so that you don't have to go to a separate factory. It was a very nice experience. They took out literally a wall in my living room for the bay window. They had them installed. They took out the sliding glass door in my kitchen which had to be special ordered because it was originally a french door that was converted into a sliding door. They did both of them in the same day and quickly. It didn't even take the whole day. They showed up promptly and got to work right away. They were done before 2 in the afternoon. That's not even that generous on the time. They were just bam, bam, bam. I would recommend them to anybody."

"They came out and gave us a quote last fall, then we did the roof this spring. They added a ridge vent. Overall, I found them excellent to work with. They delivered documentation for our "5 Star Certainteed Warrenty" as promised. They seemed much more straight forward/honest than some of the other quotes I got. I would recommend getting a quote from them if you are replacing a roof"

"Very responsive, communicated during whole process of estimate, till job was finished. Love the work, needed some new installation and repairs. Overall very happy, can take that off my needed projects. Great team! Installed, cleaned up, impressive job. Highly recommend!"

"Prompt, courteous service, prompt response and all work completed as agreed. Highly satisfied."

"They completed the job on time and the quality is very good. No complaints. Was a vinyl fence installation."

"Very pleased with all aspects of the company so far. In fact I was so impressed with their products prices that I added on an additional window and a sliding glass door to my project! They are currently producing my windows and should be installed far before real winter! And they do 90% of the instillation of the windows from the OUTSIDE...which made me feel so much more safe in this time of COVID."

"Working with Jones Homes Improvement to replace my siding, gutters, gutter covers was a great experience. Rob was a great representative, he showed us various choices in siding and the price quote was incredibly reasonable for this job. The crews to replace my siding and gutters, etc. were the best. Prompt, hardworking, the job was done a week before the original estimate. Jay the office manager answered any questions I had throughout the process. I would hire this company again without any reservations. They were the best for our siding and gutter replacement projects."
