"The kitchen was started in January and the first thing that had to be done was completely gutting the kitchen.  Chris then installed new insulation and all of the wiring, and the new walls.  He let me select the cabinets and the tiles for the floor.  He was very helpful with dealing with Lowe's where I purchased my cabinets and my new appliances.   <br /> <br /> Originally the kitchen was the only remodeling I was going to do, but with the quality of his work, I decided to use his service when I needed to replace the windows in my living room.  The original plan was to just replace the windows ( there were three of them) with a bay window, but instead,  I decided to put in the small addition, replace the walls in the living room and dining room and install hardwood floors in them as well. My house is a double-wide modular home that was manufactured in 1975 and the walls are paper thin.  The old stonework on the fireplace had started to deteriorate and Chris replaced that as well.  The addition is great for the grandchildren who like to sit and play my keyboard and have lunch or dinner on their table in there. I also set up my tree and trains at Christmas time in there.  I love the windows, especially the large picture window and the wood sills, which we had made to match the living room floor.   <br /> <br /> Before he left each day, he made sure that everything was cleaned up.
