"Jerry the service man was very understanding and took his time. He check every thing from the stink pipe on the roof to drains in the basement. He asked me a lot of questions which help us figure out what to do. One of my floor drains isn't holding water so he installed a test plug. This did help. I appreciate the company not trying to push a big plumbing job on me. I still get the smell when it rains, but I now know what to check for thanks to Jerry. Once I got the results of the test, they gave me a detailed and thorough quote on remediation, of the mold and then reconstruction of the affected areas. The work was done by the owners Ron and Dan, and Ron's son Anthony. They were extremely thorough and detailed, took great care during the mold cleanup not to affect other areas of the house. They explained what was being done at each stage of the work and took great pride to make sure the work was being expertly done.
