"It went great! Keevan & Jason were very professional and did a great job! Keevan took the time to explain what he did and what he found in the cleaning. He took lots of pictures to document. Keevan found some repairs that need to be done. I feel he was honest enough to let us know what the priorities were. He wrote up an estimate and did not pressure me for a commitment. He answered all of my questions and let me know if I had any more questions or needed further explanation, to not hesitate contacting him. The service was excellent! We plan to have them come back out in the spring to do our repairs. Thank you!"

"I have been around the block and have had my fair share of dealings with construction companies... I know that writing this review, still wouldn’t give out enough credit and praise to this FABULOUS company! The owner Mark and his assistant Cody, first came to our home and went through all the windows that should be replaced... I knew they were an honest company and wasn’t out to take advantage of us in the least bit... After they assessed the windows that needed replacing, I asked about some of the others to see if we should replace... The answer we were given was; why would you want to waste your money, these other windows and sliding door are in great shape!… Wow!, was that ever refreshing to hear. In addition to that, we had asked if they would be interested in doing more exterior work for us; replacing some of the old wood around the house. They figured out what was rotting and replaced it with painted new wood. This company came out, and while working, they might notice something small that needed to be sealed up or fixed even... They didn’t have to do the little extras, but guess what... They did and did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!… We will NEVER, hire another company to come out and do our windows or projects. I am a long lifer with this company from here on out -Couldn’t be happier. The job went fast, the guys, Tom, Alex, Jimmy, and Cody were there on time, considerate beyond belief . They made certain that the property was clean after every single day and made sure we were happy with every single thing that was going in and on for all those days. When the projects were finished, they came back out and rehung our blinds back up. I must also mention that Tom, can custom build and trim out around posts and windows like I’ve never seen... But, he did have his helpers to assist, and for that, I am sure that that’s why and how he can do such great work. Jimmy, Alex, and Cody, BIG THANK YOU to all of you guys to. I’m sure “ Mark- owner” must be pleased knowing that he has the Best crew around! Happy holidays guys!... Looking forward to having more work done in 2021."

"My soffits were falling down because of water damage coming from the internal gutters. <br /> Finding someone who was willing to do the work was a challenge because it is a very high building and it's and quot;Historic.and quot; <br /> Mike came out and looked at it right away. He was doing work in the area with a lift, so he was able to get up up to check things out in a couple days. Not knowing what he would find until he started taking things apart made it impossible to quote. I agreed to pay him on a time-and-material basis. He did a great job at a fair price. I will be hiring him back in the summer to do the permanent repairs. <br />"

"Terry Burke and his team did a fantastic job fixing our roof without making us incur unnecessary expenses. On two separate occasions over the past 2 years, we had wind damage. We recovered some of the shingles but a match had to be used also and our roof is 15-20 years old so it wasn't easy. I fully trust this company and would hire them again. Both times we were very happy with the work and were charged a fair rate."

"Just over a month ago, I contacted two contractors from Angies List. Both replied quickly to my request for a consultation. We were trying to get a desperately needed remodel of my brother's bathroom & front porch repairs! This had to be done before he was released from the hospital...To say this was a rush job would be an understatement! The first contractor Zac, from Design Renovations, met with me and my sister at my brother's home.... Even though Zac appeared quite young,( we're old ),he was obviously extremely knowledgeable. He patiently answered tons of questions from two very stressed out sisters. Zac promised to get back to us quickly with an estimate. Luckily, he and his crew were working on another big project but had some wiggle room while waiting for materials. Fortunately, Zac and owner Rob?s, estimate came back that night and we were relieved that it was well within our budget....We chose to go with Rob and Zac over the other contractor as they were the perfect fit for us! Zac kept in constant contact throughout this project. He gave us a list of everything we needed to choose from Lowes or Home Depot, giving us full rein on design within our budget. We only paid for supplies needed at the beginning of the job and added to an ?escrow account? at Lowes as Zac & crew moved on to the next phase. All in all, it took 16 days exactly to get everything on our list completed. This included a complete demo on bathroom, installing a handicap friendly walk in shower, porch repairs, and a few other small projects...Rob & Zac went over every detail of the work that was done. Even explaining what future upkeep would be required for the tile, etc. The transformation was breathtaking. Our brother?s bathroom now looks like a spa! The repairs made on his front porch made it safe and secure...my brother could safely come home! We were pleased beyond words with Design Renovations work. They came in on budget, kept me updated continuously and left the job site spotless. When our brother came home from the hospital he was speechless! It was far better than he could?ve imagined! He?ll be using Design Renovations for his kitchen remodel in the near future. We highly recommend Rob, Zac and anyone that works for their fantastic company. Bravo men! Five stars!! <br />"

"He was punctual and did a good job. He seemed to enjoy his work. We had some questions following the floor installation and had trouble getting ahold of him again which was frustrating, but we felt that the quality of his work was quite good. We had initially contacted him regarding some other work and was able to give him pictures and measurments via email since he had seen the work area previously and he was able to give me a quote via email. that was extremely helpful. His dry wall repair was of good quality, but i was a bit frustrated when he wanted for me to do the sanding because he didn't want to wait for the patch to finish drying. when he went to rehang the blinds he had to do additional sanding and trim the blinds to make them fit back into the window. Had I permitted to allow him to delegate the sanding to me, I would have been stuck with blinds that didn't fit that I couldn't do anything about."
