"The Heritage workers showed up first thing in the morning and began working quickly. They discovered water damage to the deck, however this did not slow them down and the deck was quickly repaired and the roof continued to go on quickly, despite very hot weather. The team spent all day from 7am to 5pm, and finished the entire roof in 1 day. All vent pipes were well-sealed and the chimneys had flashing and caulk seals, for the very first time. Heritage roofing was everything a roofing company should be. They were efficient, and knew exactly what they were doing. Afterward the Heritage team completely cleaned the property and removed all of the old roofing materials. Everyone was polite and professional."

"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. Looking forward to see how they last their first winter."

"The members of the install team were all polite and professional and they completed the work within 3 days. We held a Christmas party one day after the installation and we received a lot of compliments the appearance and quality of the fence from our friends and family, several of who are contractors.We did have two problems of note. <br /> <br /> Nota Bene: I gave the company a B in most categories because of the following issues. <br /> <br /> Problem 1: When they dug the trench, they severed one of our PVC sewer pipes that evacuate our washer machine, dishwasher and kitchen sink. They immediately procured some materials and fixed the problem. <br /> <br /> Problem 2: We've only just found out that they also severed an electrical line that feeds the barn. I have a call into them and I expect they will stand up and fix this issue as well. If you don't see an update to this post, you can assume they did the right thing. <br /> <br /> Based on their price and performance I would not hesitate to recommend A+ to anyone needing fence work."

"I asked Steve to remove and reinstall new gutters on a new build. The first gutter system was done inappropriately. He explained in detail what was wrong and what he would do to fix the problem. In the process of installing the new gutters, he found the roof to have other issue with the installation. On his own effort, he called the manufacture to determine what could be done and how to solve the problems created by the original roofer. Through this process, the manufacture seemed to be less than helpful not wanting to come look at the <br /> project to verify any problems. Steve still has continued to help me resolve the roof issue when he has had no invested <br /> interest. Steve believes and stands by his gutters and work. If there is a problem, he fixes it and doesn’t blow you off. <br /> He is a person of his word and goes beyond is contracted job to protect the consumer. <br /> Concerning others comments on price. Steve’s price was the same as the original contractor’s gutters price. Thus, I <br /> would not say he is more expensive than the few other companies in the area that do gutters. He is experienced, does <br /> what he says, and backs his work. My experience with Steve was excellent and I would highly recommend his company. <br /> <br />"

"Mr. Lysdale listened to what I wanted and gave a reasonable estimate that was comparable to other estimates I had received. He obtained a permit for the work and he and his employees showed up to do the work on time (not counting a one day delay due to rain). The job was finished quickly and for the price quoted. When I came home at lunch on the first day of work I had a concern about the way the gaps between the aluminum posts and the porch siding on the inside of the porch looked. This was due to the how the vinyl house trim met the siding and was not due to a flaw in how the screen was being installed. Also, the trim and screen post were flush on the outside so there was no gap for bugs to enter. Even though it was a minor issue, it would have bothered me, but the problem was the existing house siding not the screen so I told Mr. Lysdale it would be fine. However, when I came home that evening I found that Mr. Lysdale and his crew had gone to the extra trouble to fashion covers for these gaps on the inside of the porch out of strips of aluminum. The end result was very attractive. The screen room has been in place for four months so far - no problems have developed and it is holding up well against my cats who frequently climb the screen."
