The sales Rep Michael was very thorough in explaining everything about the choices and the product. Very knowledgeable about the company and the product. Our installer Brian Vosburgh, was amazing. He was here before 8am and finished completely by approx 6:30pm. He worked non stop all day and when he finished he cleaned everything up. He did a beautiful job! He found a 2nd tank and septic system. I was never told by the seller. There was no clean out above ground. He found old cast iron plumbing deep down. He removed it and gave me a new clean out area. He had his boss stop by to check it out as well. 2 professionals putting theur heads together. He suggested I call a septic service as we had no ideas when it was last checked. He even called me a couple of times to see how the system was working. I would use them again and highly recommendend Service One"
