I was happy to talk to him over the phone with all his experience but then he made such a great impression when I met him for the first time. He came by on an early Sunday morning to inspect and tell me the plan, but when he flew his drone to take pictures and inspect the damage it just blew my mind. These guys are way ahead of the game, or maybe being in tech industry I am biased. But at least I knew then I was in the right hands. The roofers came within a week, 2 hours ahead of schedule, fixed my roof leak and other necessary fixes as discussed. It was such a great experience for hiring a roofing company for the first time and I am definitely reaching out to these guys for future fixes or even roof replacement when its time. Their roof assessment was also on point and my insurance inspector agreed to everything I pointed out. The entire staff was great and they know how to provide great customer service. G"

If he said he would call on a certain date, he called even if he had not yet obtained the information discussed (there were others who failed to make return calls even though they assured me they would). I had been told that the door could not be repaired and must be replaced, which would have been quite costly. Steven stuck with me and came up with a creative and affordable repair solution. In addition, he was willing to stick by his estimate even though more work was required than he initially thought. I paid him the extra to ensure that he was fairly compensated, but he would have graciously accepted the estimate he had given. He was professional, nice and did a quality job.
