"Prompt! He got to the house before I did. I explained the problem (I drove over a sprinkler head, which started leaking. He asked a few question, got me to show him where the controls were, and shut the system off. If I decide to re-activate the sprinkler system, I'll definitely call him for assistance. Very reasonably priced."
