"After an initial visit from a crew of four guys working over two days, I was disappointed with the work I got. A drain was installed improperly, plants were not chosen to my liking and not placed well in the yard on top of a couple other smaller errors. I called the owner/manager (Michael) to discuss my disappointment with the work not expecting anything other than getting it off my chest. But, much to my surprise, Michael cared enough to come out to my house and go over everything with me two days later. He recognized a few errors were made and we discussed how to fix them. Two or three weeks later, Michael and four other guys were back out at my house to fix everything at no additional cost to me. This really impressed me. Michael started this company himself nearly fifteen years ago when he was seventeen and really cares about his customers - and his company.
