"I called Cody's to fix a pipe that a shady fence company managed to break while replacing my fence. They were booked solid for a while, and apologized for that, but got me on the schedule. They showed up early and got right to work fixing my pipe. I also authorized fixing pretty much anything else wrong with my system. They straightened up quite a few heads, adjusted those that needed adjusting, cleaned some clogged outlets, and fixed a zone that was not working. The damage to the broken pipe clogged several heads and smaller diameter pipes, which they had to replace. My system is now working perfectly, and while I hope nothing breaks on it again if something does happen, I know Cody's will be the first company I contact."

"I had a landscape project that I put out to bid and I chose Mike/Hummingbird based upon 1.) direct discussion/ideas provided and 2.) work they performed at neighboring home. My project involved re-designing front of home stone bed borders/small retaining walls. Mike/team did a great job from start to finish. Great communication along entire project path, daily clean up was appreciated given work was in front of home. Quality work was performed as you would hope/expect. There are a lot of landscaper options in DFW and the lowest price/bid can be misleading/regretful. Hummingbird will not be the least expensive option but you will have ZERO regret about the work/outcome and ease of working with Mike/team. "Omg it was great! Mary was awesome on the phone and our sales guy, Cameron was professional and personable. He answered all our questions and was helpful through the whole process. The turf was my husbands idea and I was hesitant at first but now that's installed I wish we'd done this years ago! The kids and dogs no longer track in mud and its so much easier to mow around the pool. Before we always had to scoop the grass back out and it was a PITA! I really enjoyed working with them and we are now considering having turf put in the whole yard. Highly recommend to anyone."
