Lon Smith’s professional estimator was onsite during the Insurance inspection as the roof was evaluated for damages and insurance claim review. Working on our behalf with the insurance claims professional all areas of the roof were thoroughly inspected and all damaged acknowledged. "The many recent hailstorms wreaked havoc on our roof. We knew we wanted a reputable roofing company, yet didn’t know who to contact! He met with our adjustor and together inspected the roof. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He explained the process his crew would conduct in the removal and replacement of our roof. He told us the time and date to expect his crew, who arrived on time and promptly began the repairs. "Best experience I've ever had with a roofer. I spoke with Rico about a roof leak I had discovered. (It was due to rain for the next 4 days) he told me he could come by at 1 o'clock. He arrived early, went right to work, found the problem and had it repaired in just a few minutes. In addition to repairing the leak he was kind enough to use a broom and a blower to remove all the limbs and leaves off my roof to help prevent water from backing up under my shingles and causing a future leak. In the past I have had issues with several other roofing companies, but this person (Rico) and S.W.A.T Contracting are my new permenant go-to guys. Thank you for the EXCELLENT service, I really do appreciate it and will recommend you to everyone I know."
