"Todd (The Chimney Doctor) performed the chimney inspection when we were first purchasing our house. He was very helpful and provided great information about what needed to be done sooner rather than later. Five years later we decided to bite the bullet and get the top of our chimney rebuilt (The original design was not very durable and several bricks began breaking). Todd came out and talked through the options and told us what he thought would be the best and longest-lasting fix. He was very low pressure and did not try to push the sale. Once we agreed to have the work done, they got started within about a week. The work that Todd's crew did was exceptional and they were very courteous. Since the original brick on our chimney was no longer made, they were able to put in a nice transition from old brick to new brick. They also redid the flashing around the base of the chimney and installed a limestone cap. Throughout the process they showed a high level of attention to detail and made sure everything was done as well as it could be. I have no doubt that the chimney will be trouble free from here on out."

"I called for an appointment on one of the hottest days of the year and they came out before their scheduled time (they called first to make sure it was OK to come early). The tech that came out was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. After some investigation he found that all it was was the drip tube was not angled exactly right. He added a piece to make sure the water went down the drain and the problem was solved. He even went outside to test and inspect the outside unit as well. The price was much less than I expected. They have a customer for life."
