"Mr. Collin was quick to respond. He was too booked up to assist me, but gave me a great reference to someone who could. The springs were replaced by the next day. Not too many contractors would be willing to pass on work for the customers benefit. Thank you sir. He did initially tried to charge me a little more than the average for the area but after I explained that I had done research for the labor costs and already have materials he got the cost significantly also mention that you found him on Angie's List. I am very pleased with how the floor looks they did a very quick job some very weird layouts because my house is strange though I love its eccentricity. Though it takes a long time to book him because he is usually busy he works very fast, but not sloppily, and the work was completed in approximately 4 days with a small crew of three one of whom was his son. we are almost done with most of our work but I'm a call him back for some minor repairs thing that needs to be completed the only complaint I have is that at least one of the workers is a smoker and I found a few cigarette butts in my yard or in the bushes next to where they were sawing which was not very pleasant. That is a minor complaint though because as contractors go they show up on time and they get the work done and they get the work done well; which, I don't know if you use very many contractors, is unusual and a good thing. Overall I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would suggest them to other people. <br />"

"Subcontractors were mostly good, but management of them was lacking. I had to personally supervise them because the on site contractor rarely stayed very long. Told the trim finish crew to leave because they did not know how to install crown molding. Got another crew that knew what they were doing. They never asked for periodic payments during the job (as is typical); presented one huge bill at the end. Holland homes builds nice homes, but I would not recommend them for small jobs like mine because you do not get the best crews and you have to wait for them to fit you into their schedule."

"JR gave me a price for removing the one tree. When I asked whether he would be willing to trim other trees, he readily agreed but suggested an hourly rate. I pointed out limbs I wanted trimmed and JR removed them as requested. He did a great job and was very accommodating. He remained aware of the hourly rate and worked quickly and efficiently, even commenting to his helper at one point, "Let's move it. She's paying us by the hour". Everything was cleaned up before he left. . I would happily have him do more work for me. <br />"
