He was very professional and answered all my questions along the way, the result is a beautiful patio my wife and I can enjoy. Highly recommend him to others and will use in again for other brick work I may have in the near future."

First of all, a live person actually answered their business phone and, on the spot, set up an appointment for a consultation and estimate. The woman we spoke with was polite, warm and competent. John Starkie came out to our house several days later, listened to our wish list, surveyed the area and wrote up a detailed estimate. Mr. Starkie is a personable fellow but more importantly, he is a straight shooter. We liked him from the beginning and our instincts were proven to be correct. He wrote up our estimate on a Friday, by the following Tuesday our project was complete.
