"Two technicians came out. They were both very polite but their accents were so thick that I could not understand half of what they were saying. One said that he was from the Middle East. One did the work while the other explained things to me. I knew that we had some mold because it was becoming visible on the air vent covers. He initially quoted me $1100. Then he offered a 20% military discount. I looked up the average cost and offered $500, and agreed that we would replace our own vent covers, which he accepted. The online sites and this company’s rep both said that the mold treatment itself normally takes about 2-5 hours, on top of the regular vent cleaning. The techs were only here for about an hour and a half so I wonder how good of a job was done."

I had requested my fireplace be done, but David explained to me that my gas unit did not require this. I appreciated his honesty and not charging me for something I didn't need, when he easily could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge. Our roof was originally was installed by Lux Roofing but had an issue with the roof for a dormer. Tony/Lux roofing didn't install the roof for the dormer properly. Lux roofing is now out of business. "Hiram and his company are top notch! We originally found him 5 years ago when we moved into a new house that had rats in the attic. He is super honest and easy to work with, and quickly solved our rodent issues and sealed up all the entry points for reasonable cost. We had the attic re-insulated afterwards and haven't had any issues since. We called him back a couple years later to install two fireplace log kits and repair some parts of a broken outdoor fireplace. Today he came out to ease my mind about animal noises I heard that I thought were coming from inside the attic (but apparently were on the roof). He was super honest that he didn't see a problem and didn't pressure me into any services. Standup guy and company - I highly recommend."

"Dale had recommended a sub contractor named Jerry Duran. He built and porch and cover about three years ago. And about two weeks ago extended. Whole project sloppy and cover leaking everywhere. Just found more leaks in cover from three years ago. Had to have a whole 4x8 section repaired. Roof and shingles. Do not use any of the contractors Dale recommends. I’m out $$$$. That’s because Jerry and both Dale won’t wan up and hung up on me."

"This is a very bad place to do business. Yes they give free estimates that are outrageous and they are very intimidating and high pressure. They have pictures of other places and try to to tell you it yours. They do a very poor job. Cant even clean a dryer vent properly. Never again. i will find a better place. try stanley steemer."
