"Simplex Roof Repair was a prayer answered! As a single woman, it can be difficult to find trustworthy, capable service providers who listen and take me seriously. Company Founder Jose Cabrera was all of that and more. Jose responded to my inquiry immediately and scheduled a visit on MY first available date. I did not have a huge job, but Jose did not treat my work with any less urgency or importance than a bigger job. I had procrastinated on repairing roof, fascia and soffit damage from Hurricane Ida, and it was a month before the start of a new hurricane season. After meeting Jose and discerning that he was a person of integrity, I showed his some additional work I needed (terminate damage repair In the shed, patio light installation and mildew on the stucco and gutters), which he accommodated at a discount. Jose quoted me a very fair price, and within a week, all of the work was completed to my great satisfaction. There were a couple of punch list items, but those were remedied immediately. Of all the things I needed done, the thing that excited me the most was the renewed curb appeal from the soft washing of my house. It felt so good to drive up to a clean house! Not only did the team clean the stucco and gutters, per my request, but they threw in the roof and the stamped concrete on the patio. I cannot be more grateful to Jose and his team for the work they did and for the positive experience (for a change). I would not hesitate to call on him again. "My project was for new roof n gutters, I had to have my old 3 layers of shingles removed. The team that demolished old roof shingles did a good job. Although it was a messy task, plastic sheeting was laid down n all material was disposed off. New plywood was laid down, there were a couple of spots that the plywood was not laying completely flat n was addressed. New shingles were installed in 2 days n look great. For the new seamless gutter install, the existing fascia needed painting but Newhaus wanted an extra 4,000.00 dollars to do it. So I hired a separate painter to do it for less than half the price. The gutters proposed were not the style I wanted n had to have them switch to what I wanted. The new gutters were installed n look great. Overall I am satisfied with the quality of the work n materials used although there were a couple leaks at corners that has to be re-sealed. However dealing with Newhaus could have been better, upon signing the contract online I did not hear from them for over a week to let me know the status or when work would start. I had to text the original sales guy to ask what was going on. The were also a couple of times workers did not show up when scheduled or were late from time that they were supposed to show up."

"Mr. Thomas Williamson and his team worked diligently and went above and beyond to help me to do the needed repairs to my home. The repairs and maintenance include flat roof repair and recoat to protect foam underneath. His team also found wood rot facia board and to check all the boards at the front of my home had to remove accent tiles above to access. In so doing, found three places of leakage not yet evident. These were repaired and subsequently sealed to prevent any further damage. The tiles then had to be replaced and due to being previously painted over by the HOA had to be touched up to look exactly as before. Mr. Williams went more than the extra mile to find the wood exactly as what was used originally to replace for the fascia board in the repair. In addition he sought out to find the original type of tiles used in the construction of my home to replace tiles that did not survive in the process. The wood and the tiles no longer produced, he found them! Awesome job!"

"This job was to apply a coating on a metal patio cover to stop leaks. Anthony Lee with Legacy Roofing was the only one who suggested a coating rather than replacing the roof. He was fast and it looks so much better than all the holes and rusty spots. He got a tiny bit of the product on the boards just under the roof. He offered to pick up that paint but I had some from touch up we had just done on the wall. He quickly painted those boards and sent me a video. Looks perfect! I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs. Nice guy and reasonable."
