"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"This was a FANTASTIC experience and I highly recommend Justin and Frank over at Hardline. From the very first call until the final sign off they were friendly, professional and worked with some less than ideal circumstances. We were selling our condo and found out last minute that the HOA required an update to shut off valves, faucets, shower head, garbage disposal among others. I wasn't able to be there to meet them but the Hardline team was able to get out there quickly, met with the on-site contact, emailed me pictures of the before and after work and got everything done in only a few hours - which is good because we only had 3 days before closing! They took my payment right over the phone and this could not have been a better outcome and experience for what started out as a pretty stressful hiccup. These guys are great - call them, you won't regret it."
