"First off I was not an easy customer. Everything that I liked was outside of my budget so he gave me several quotes on different products and even priced out the final granite a couple of different ways. In addition to this my counters were just a little too big for one slab so he helped me a lot with different options. He looked for remnants for me and eventually ended up working with The Stone Collection to match a competitors price in addition to helping me find someone else that was able to use the other part of the second slab that we needed. Then when he came to template our counters he spent time talking with me about different options for edges, corners and depth of the counter. Now that it's installed it looks amazing and I couldn't be happier. <br /> Overall Shawn was amazing to work with. He was very patient with all of our changes and indecisions. "I contacted Manstone for an estimate to replace two worn bathroom sink basins. "JD" made an appointment and arrived on time. He quickly completed his estimate and we decided to have Manstone do the replacement. <br /> Manstone had fabricated and installed the two old sink basins, along with a whirlpool tub and shower stall, <br /> back in 1991. Only the sinks showed signs of wear and were in need of replacement after twenty plus years. <br /> Manstone craftsmen Julio and Miguel arrived on time, on the agreed upon day, and immediately began removing the two old sinks. Four hours later we had two new sinks installed which matched the previous color, from the 1991 job, almost perfectly. We are very pleased with the quality of the product, as well as the craftsmanship of Julio and Miguel, and the professionalism of JD and all Manstone personnel. <br />"

"My wife and I wanted new hard woods in our house but had very specific requirements that we could not typically find locally.  My wife wanted a dark floor while I wanted extreme durability in a natural hard wood.  We did our homework and decided that Brazilian Walnut (Ipe) most closely matched what we wanted.  <br /> After looking locally for something that fit the bill, the flooring we found was either over $12 sq/ft (too expensive) or not dark enough.  I started searching on-line and ran across Brazilian Direct.  Their prices seemed reasonable (a bit over $6 sq/ft for what we wanted) and they even had a tinted (dark) version of the floor we liked. <br /> After several weeks of questions and further research, we decided to place an order.  We we worked with a representative named Sannon who helped us every step of the way.  She sent us samples, instructions, guides - everything to make us more comfortable about our eventual order.  Our order came right on schedule and the wood was really beautiful.  After several weeks of the required acclimation we had a local installer put the floor down.  They did an excellent job and we really love our floor.  There was very little waste and in fact we had at least 3 boxes left over. <br /> I highly recommend Brazilian Direct.  We are considering using them again for a deck project we'd like to do in the future. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."
