"We had an exterior door to our garage that would not close/latch properly and therefore presented a security risk. I called multiple companies for quotes and explained we'd like to try repairing the door first, but are open to replacing it if necessary. Multiple other companies told us there was no other option but to replace the door. Robert's company was the last one on our list to gather a quote from. He came by the very next day after I called, immediately found core problem with the door (simple loose screws in the hinges) and fixed then and there. The fix was so simple, he didn't even charge us. I so appreciate that Robert wasn't trying to scam us into a bigger more expensive project of replacing the entire door. He is honest and quickly finds the root of the problem. We will be hiring Robert's company exclusively moving forward for our various projects around the house. Feeling so lucky to have found him! Thanks so much, Robert!"

"My experience with Home Genius was excellent from start to finish. Sales, Project Management, Installation, corporate support were all very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable which makes for a successful project. Workmanship and product quality met all expectations. I definitely recommend Home Genius Exteriors."

"Very quick to respond to posting and came next day for estimate. This was a small repair job on fascia and flashing which they handled at time of estimate for a reasonable price, especially considering the minimum fees that bigger contractors charge -- if you can even get the bigger guys to come out. Contractor (Eric) seemed knowledgeable and was polite and professional. Would hire again."

"Our exterior wood trim and stucco repair looks great, thank you!"

"Minquiz does a very good job maintaining my lawn. They also did a spring clean up for me and actually did more than I expected. I will hire them again"

"Greg and his team were incredible. The windows were installed in less than one day and the entire team was extremely polite and courteous. We also had Greg install new siding and gutters installed and we are extremely happy with the end result! We would hire them again in a heartbeat."
