"Charles and Tara are great people to work with. Charles and his crew did a great and timely install of our 6' vinyl fence. The only criticism I can make is I wish the clean up would have been better. I've been finding big chunks of concrete and pieces of metal all over the yard from the chain link fence they removed. Overall it was a great job!"

Before we even received a quote back, we knew we wanted to hire his company, regardless of the price (which ended up being very reasonable and awesome anyways). It seemed that he knew what he was doing and he was even informative to us And let us know the process of what his crew would be doing. Once the polite and respectful workers began to work, they were done within less than two days. Keep in mind how impressive this is due to the fact that we had two gates installed, a front fence on both sides of our house, and the remaining perimeter of our decent sized backyard. Once the fence was finished being installed, the workers had cleaned up all of the trash and it was like they had never been there! Except for the fact that we now have a beautiful, new fence to adore. We would hire Straight Forward again in a heart beat and would recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done!"

"They did a good job, their pricing was very competitive and they were right on time, they came when they had to come, they did some extra but did not charge me for it, and they put the fence in and I had no problems with the location, they are very knowledgeable and the clean up was excellent, there was no debris left after their work, and they walked me though the project to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. They also do other works, so I was considering hiring them again in the future for my roofing. My neighbor saw my fence and they going to hire Carl again for their fence as well."

"The price was okay, but they did a good job. There were a couple of minor issues, but they did fix them. For instance, they didn't have enough of the fence caps so they had to come back out. We would use them again. They were flexible to any changes I wanted. The office personable were great and the installation was good!"

"I originally hired Lucas fencing in 2014 to install a six foot privacy fence . That went smoothly, price was reasonable, and job was completed in a timely manner. Now, three years later there was some damage to the fence I believe caused by bad weather and the ground settling . I called in July 2017 and the call was returned. I explained to Mr. Lucas what the issue was and that I wanted to get the fence fixed as I have a small child and a dog, and was afraid the panel would come out. He told me someone would be out by the end of the week, no problem. Well, no one came. I have called four more times since July and left messages. No one has called back and I now have to find someone else to do the work. I have had several people ask who did my fence, but I won't recommend them based on the fact when there is an issue they don't get back to you. Very disappointed ."

"The job was completed in 2 days. Day #1: A 3 man crew installed the split rail & 2 gates and all of the dog wire. They also installed the posts for the shadow box fence. #2: A 3 man team built the shadow box fence. They also built a 5’ shadow box gate on site. Both groups worked like a well oiled machine. The head of the crew (Peco) in particular was an amazing person to work with and he went above and beyond to complete the job - coming back to reinstall the washer and dryer that had been moved to install the French drain and working really hard to ensure everything was operational when he left.
