"I had a walk-in shower with teakwood bath seat installed about 6 months ago. I noticed a couple of cracks in the wood. I contacted Jacuzzi and they were prompt to replace it. The service person (Chuck) was knowledgeable and courteous. He gave me a cleaning instruction sheet for future reference. He also showed me how the back of the seat pulls off so you can clean behind it. I'm not sure why they didn't tell me that when it was installed. Having said that, I am happy with the service I received from Jacuzzi."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

We had our tub removed, and that revealed all kinds of plumbing problems, but The Shower Company upgraded the plumbing, installed a new subfloor, new flooring, a new shower kit, toilet snd vanity. The crew very nice, cleaned up after every step. My only regret is that I didn’t sit down and plan with the representative. I thought I had it under control. It started buying things on my own. That was my mistake. They worked with me. Did such a fabulous job. Yes, I would definitely hire them again right now. Pics to follow"
