"JWC did high quality work. There were rotted soffits and old facia boards. These guys are talented pros. They identified problem wood and took care of it. It wasn't a simple job. They got here fast and worked hard every day until it was done. They also fixed an old porch (replaced bad wood and redid my screens). Inside the house they worked on some drywall that needed to be repaired. Overall, I cannot recommend them enough. Very enthusiastic, very talented work. I really appreciated having them here. We had a dark burgundy dining room and were wanting to switch to a light gray / beige color as were concerned as to how much it would cost due to needing many coats to cover the old color. "Because houseguests were coming on short notice, we needed to redo a bathroom that was in terrible shape. It didn't just need to be painted - the wall surfaces were a mess, with a poorly done sandcoat finish and problems due to previously removed wallpaper and border. Also, because of somewhat odd colored tile and grout in the tub/shower, we despaired of finding a wall color that would look good with the tile, but yet harmonize with the colors in the rest of the house. Shena at Red Canary was just terrific - she came out right away, squeezed us into her schedule in time to be done before our guests arrived, and she came up with a great color choice we just love! The walls were repaired and skim coated to correct the flaws before painting - they look perfect - you'd never know the state they'd been in before! Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional, and went out of their way to help us with other aspects of the renovation project. Shena has very high standards for work quality, and she wasn't ready to sign off on the job as finished until everything was perfect.
