"Brian came right away to give us an estimate. After looking at the jobs, he told us he thought the deck would rot again in a few years due to it's damp location. He recommended we consider pavers instead and recommended a company he knows and has worked with. He did email us an estimate for both projects. I contacted the other company about pavers & we decided to do that in place of the decking. I was very impressed that Brian was honest with us and didn't just rebuild the deck, knowing that it would not last. As for the ramp, he and his crew arrived on the day we expected and did a great job of removing the old ramp and building the new one, cleaning up afterwards. We even asked at the last minute for a rail on the edge and they didn't hesitate to add it. Cost was very reasonable. We would definitely use Two Guys again and recommend them highly."

"Outstanding work, Randy spent two days and spotlessly cleaned places that other services ignored. He was extremely careful with my outdoor furniture and even covered a cantilevered umbrella I could not move. I had several areas which I though could not be cleaned, but Randy got them spotless. Extremely professional, punctual and thorough. I have a vented soffit which looks almost as bad after it is washed because the dirt drains out, Randy went back over the soffit after it dried and it looks like new. Randy also pointed out several maintenance issues I was unaware of. Will definitely hire again."

"I signed a contract with Dream Home Remodeling, LLC to do the 3 jobs. The deck was repaired, and Tyler used a relative to do the work. While the work is adequate I could tell that replacing this was the relatives 1st or 2nd job like this. They drywall was patched using fiber tape. There were 2 ceiling repairs and the ceiling was retextured. The ceiling was not repainted. My concern was the cutting of the stucco. While the job is adequate with the cut being in even. The debris was piled up in the side yard and because of that I received a ticket from code enforcement for having trash in my yard. Where I made my mistake was not getting everything in writing. I was assured by Tyler that they would clean up all constriction waste, this is clearly not the case. The waste was over 1000 lbs. I contacted Tyler and after putting his wife on the phone they screamed at me that hauling off construction waste was not in the contract and they would not do it. That is the main reason for the bad review. The proper response should have been "I am sorry for the misunderstanding but we will be right over and clean up the mess". There are still left over construction materials in my back yard from the deck construction. In addition I observed that Dream Home Remodeling does not own a truck and had to rent a truck to haul off a spa that was removed from the deck."
