"within 2 weeks of finishing, a whole panel came loose. wood cut & installed uneven. Gate sagging. I had to threaten them with a lawsuit to come fix the fence & gate correctly. Still some bull crap. Jim & his son are horrible business owners, & needs to be shut down. Will not recommend them. Ask me for pictures, I can show you the BS work that they do."

Also depending on the size of job would determine billing, usually we ask for half prior to job after contract signed and remaining balance when job is complete.
