After inspecting the roof and chimney flashing Tony told me my roof was actually very well done and in good shape, and that in his opinion the source for water leaking into my home was due to a rusted out chimney case cover and termination cap (I got those items replaced as suggested and my problem was solved). I had actually called two companies to get an analysis and quotes to fix the problem. The other company told that my relatively new roof should be ripped up and replaced in that area of the roof. Their pricing was competitive, and they offered a different type of roof replacement that avoided the old roof having to be removed. I'd never heard of their process so I researched it and discovered it was widely used, and was particularly advantageous to buildings in coastal areas of the US. Erik was prompt, the crew was great, and the cleanup was spectacular. My only complaint was that I had delays getting my call returned when a minor problem occurred.
