"First a quick run through. I called 3 contractors for bids. JZ Construction, Northwest, and Clovis Glass. Clovis Glass only deals Milgard and I didn't have a problem with that and they were the lowest bid. Now that being said Milgard has a D- rating with the BBB. So, I decieded to go with Anlin and I'm not unhappy at all. Northwest was cheaper by about 1k  than JZ and they were also willing to install a full window where a door was previously and JZ wouldn't do that. So, Northwest it was.     <br />     The salesman James was helpful and didn't try to lay the b******* to thick and was able to answer all my questions. Two contract crews came out because I asked them to get everything done in one day and they did. I thought the crews did a very good job and were polite and cordial. They were able to get everything done and clean it all up and replaced all the blinds and made it look great. <br /> The only issue I had was that a window was broken upon initial delivery and they said it would be replaced in a couple of weeks and two weeks go by and I haven't heard anything. So, I give James a call and he took care of the issue for me and a couple of days after that a new window was finally installed <br />     Except for the blunder I thought everything was fine and my wife and I love our new windows! <br />"

"A representative of the firm told us that the work would be completed in about two weeks. It actually took almost four weeks. The person who replaced the shower worked slowly, taking a long time. When he said the work was finished, we could see flaws on the exterior surface. Then he corrected those. He should have seen those problems. Only time will tell whether the work beneath the surface was done successfully. Over all, the quality of work seemed satisfactory. The price for the work was not low, but it was competitive with the estimate by a highly rated company."

"I was very impressed with all of the work Jon did.  He came out on time and gave a bid that was very reasonable so I asked when he could start and he started the project the same week.  He fixed the doors, repaired the electrical and repaired and sealed the grout in both bathrooms. Because our home is older, the grout had to be custom matched and it looked beautiful when he was done.  We ordered custom shower doors which Jon installed along with all new shower fixtures.  He also repaired the dry rot on the siding of our house in two different locations.  He matched the siding and the paint so perfectly, we could not tell where the damage had been after he completed the job. Jon was always easy to reach and kept me informed through each stage of the repair process.   I really appreciated Jon's professionalism and attention to detail.
