They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. After we verbally accepted the contract, they sent a roofing crew of 7 people that same week, so they did not miss the day with the best weather. They said they wanted to get the job done while most of the landscaping was still dormant. They completely exceeded our expectations, doing a beautiful job of roof installation and cleaning up the debris from the landscape completely. No nails or small shards of asphalt were left behind and no plants were trampled. They even moved a beehive away from the house for us prior to starting the job.
