"I’m happy with the service and results"

"They installed a gorgeous new roof for us. The whole crew was very professional and courteous. Having once worked for a roofing company, I checked the quality of the installation and I can say that I couldn't find anything that wasn't done exactly how it should have been done! Highly recommend this roofing company in Albany NY."

"Gary, and his crew have been amazing from minute one. Price is spot on, timing has been what was promised, quality of work is exactly what i needed; perfection. I will be hiring this organization for my next project as well."

"Very professional group. Skilled in roofing and listened to my concerns. Hard workers, Hans and the rest of the crew very eager to start and positive attitudes. Energy star material used. Would use them for all my roofing needs."

"Very Professional, got job done at at reasonable time, and very fair price. I had priced my roof with 4 different contractors and he gave me the best price and great quality work"

"We hired Clapper to replace our old roof because they are a local company, had a competitive price, and were responsive to our concerns about protecting the landscaping. After we verbally accepted the contract, they sent a roofing crew of 7 people that same week, so they did not miss the day with the best weather. They said they wanted to get the job done while most of the landscaping was still dormant. They completely exceeded our expectations, doing a beautiful job of roof installation and cleaning up the debris from the landscape completely. No nails or small shards of asphalt were left behind and no plants were trampled. They even moved a beehive away from the house for us prior to starting the job. We absolutely would choose Clapper again."

We are committed to providing quality workmanship and superior customer service on each one of our jobs. We strive to maintain our reputation as a high quality, very service oriented company with our main focus being customer satisfaction.

"

We had a very bad communication problem.   I gave him a $600.00 deposit and he never got back to me except to tell me he would be there on Saturday(three Saturdays in a row) which he never showed.  He said he was having phone problems.  When he finally came his work was great.  He did everything I needed done and a little more. He dose very good work and I was very  happy with the results.  I think after this he will be better with his customer communication skills

"My rear facade wall was falling apart, there was apparent deterioration, cracks falling apart. I was recommended to High Tech by our community board. Scaffold was used for this project. They chipped out the 4-story facade and applied wire-mash. First coat of cement was for curing and the second coat was  the finishing coat. The finishing coat was very finely re-finished. The back-wall was waterproofed with thoro-coat.  My roof was leaking as well at multiple places, bubbles had been formed with water seeping in, leaving into my kitchen. The weather was very rainy and stormy at that time and thanks to High Tech they repaired my roof by placing a new layer roof on top of the existing roof and stopped the leak. High Tech remains as one of the top recommended company in our community board."
